Flower essence sprays can be used in spaces that require a lift or to set a space for healing. Sprays can also be used on and around the body, may also spritz one spray of our flower essence in drinking water of 16 ounces or more to be sipped throughout the day. Please note: Heart Shield is not for internal use.
