At Plant Curations, we stand in solidarity with those fighting for social justice and change. We have been inspired by organizations and individuals who dedicate their energy to affect positive change by raising awareness of the inequities and discrimination minorities and marginalized groups face. As members of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community and citizens of this great nation, we wanted to take action, which led us to create our UNITY soaps. We dedicated the launch of UNITY to stopaapihate.org by donating the proceeds to their cause.
Each handcrafted UNITY bar is unique just like each one of us. We believe that our differences should be acknowledged, appreciated and celebrated. These soaps are made with a variety of naturally-derived colors to represent the diversity of the people that contribute to the strength of our country. We will rotate different charities/organizations that we believe in to donate to.
Currently proceeds from the sales of UNITY will be donated to Women for Women International, a non-profit organization aimed to help marginalized women affected by war and conflict.
